Simon is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2020, after completing his studies at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.
With over three years of hands-on experience, Simon is highly skilled at identifying and relieving tension and knots.
He has worked with a wide range of clients and tailors each treatment to meet individual needs. Simon is proficient in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, fascial stretching, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. His primary goal is to provide exceptional care that supports overall wellness. Simon’s two favorite modalities are deep tissue and trigger point therapy, with a special focus on the neck and shoulders.
Outside of his practice, Simon enjoys walking his dogs, Penny and Princeton, soaking up the sun, staying active at the gym, playing video games, and planning his next vacation.
